The Lodge building of the Lodge of St. Michael No 7833 is situated in the heart of Hull's historic Old Town at the junction of Dagger Lane and Prince Street. Traffic congestion and parking can be a problem so give yourself plenty of time to get here. N.B. Following alterations to the junction of Market Place and Garrison Road/Castle Street there is now NO RIGHT TURN from Market Place onto Castle Street or from Garrison Road/Myton Bridge onto Market Place.
Access to the Lodge building from the South Church Side direction is gained via a pedestrian archway, adjacent to the King's Ale House, which leads through onto Prince Street.
The Minerva Masonic Hall Association has an arrangement with Forte Posthouse Hull Marina to use their parking facilities . Enter the car park via the Commercial Road entrance (map 1). At the Lodge meeting you will be able to purchase a parking ticket for £1. On presenting your ticket to the reception at the posthouse you will be given the code to the exit barrier. Alternative parking options (map 2 below) South Church Side (pay & display 'til 6pm) via Market Place. Market Place (pay & display 'til 6pm) . There is no parking on Dagger Lane itself or Prince Street. Large car park on Blanket Row (pay & display 'til 6pm, secluded though).
